Rare Black Panzer EM / NCO overseas cap with Lemon Yellow soutache for the “Panzer Signals” branch. All insignia is originally factory sewn. The eagle beautifully hand sewn into place. The roundel is hand stitched and the soutache is machine sewn. The cap is well marked with “Lago – Berlin / 1941 / 58 / B II 40” and then many Russian markings. This was one of the few hats that George Petersen brought back from his trips to the east.
