Cavalry Officers M43 Combat Tunic

Really nice Officers M43 combat tunic that has been upgraded from an enlisted mans tunic. It has all period sewn insignia and is for a Cavalry Hauptmann in the 15th Reconnaissance Regiment. The tunic has a period sewn Demjansk shield on the left sleeve and loops for 3 badges and a close combat bar on the wearers left side. On the wearers right side are loops for a German Cross in Gold. It has markings and an RB number. Condition is very good.
Division Units 15th Infantry Division
Situated on 26 August 1939 in Göttingen by the 3rd Cavalry Regiment on 16 May 1942 in
Cycling department renamed 15 and amplified to four squadrons. On April 1, 1942 again in
Reconnaissance Battalion renamed 15 and in the fall of 1943 in
Divisions Fusilier Battalion 15 renamed. The Department was destroyed in August 1944 in the southern Ukraine. Realigned with Army Group South.
