The Hitler & Eva Braun Marriage Certificate

Maria Zeldovitch was one of the official Russian interpreters at the Nuremberg Trials. From her personal archives came the original Russian photographs, circa 1945, of the actual Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun Marriage Certificate. The smudges, tears and folds you see are on the original documents.

The document is dated April 29, 1945. In it, the bride and groom declare that they are of pure Aryan blood and that there is no hereditary impediments to their marriage. The signatures of Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun appear at the bottom of the second page and is witnessed by Doctor Joseph Gobbels and Martin Bormann. Eva Braun was so excited that she almost forgot that she had just become Frau Eva Hitler. She started to sign as Eva Braun and then crossed out the "B" and added "Hitler" followed by "geb. (born) Braun".

Prior to the wedding ceremony, Hitler and Eva Braun had already agreed to a suicide pact. They had less then a day to live.

The documents that are offered for sale here are ultra high quality, state-of-the-art Giclee digital reproductions taken directly from the original Russian files, circa 1945. These true museum quality documents are printed on the finest textured art paper available. These prints are so accurate, that under a magnifying glass you can even see the nib marks from the fountain pen they used. Once framed, you cannot tell the difference between these and the originals.

Each set (both pages) $40.00 US CODE # AH & EB-MC-1
